Acceptance

By browsing this site, submitting the contact form, or accepting a seat invoice, you agree to these terms. If you are booking on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the site or attend sessions.

We may update these terms when programmes, fees, or Thai regulatory requirements change. The date above will move. Continued use after that date is acceptance of the revised text. Material changes that affect a seat already invoiced will be sent to the email on that invoice.

Programmes and informational pricing

Pages describing programmes, seat fees, and the Store Signal Atlas are informational. This website does not process payments or complete checkout. A seat exists only after we issue an invoice and you pay it according to that invoice. We do not guarantee impression share, conversion, rank, or revenue. Teaching artefacts (measurement specs, experiment cards, notes) are educational documents, not professional investment, legal, or performance warranties.

Remote and hybrid attendance still requires respectful conduct. We may remove a participant who disrupts sessions or shares another student’s confidential console data. Fees in that case follow the refund policy.

Intellectual property

Site copy, the Store Signal Atlas excerpts, slide decks, templates, and studio datasets are owned by Logicpacketbase or used under licence. You may use templates you receive as a seated student inside your own company, including with colleagues who did not attend. You may not resell, republish, or teach from those materials as a competing public course, nor scrape this site to train or publish a substitute.

Work you create during a programme (your measurement spec, your cannibalization note, your experiment card) remains yours. We may keep an anonymised copy for marking calibration unless you ask us in writing to delete it after the cohort closes.

Console screenshots and product data you bring remain yours. Do not upload data you are not allowed to share. We are not responsible for a confidentiality breach that originates in your export.

Acceptable use of the website

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for unauthorized access, submit automated spam through the contact form, or impersonate Logicpacketbase. Do not use our marks to imply we audited or endorsed a title we have not taught.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, Logicpacketbase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost installs, lost rank, or lost revenue, arising from use of this site or from applying teaching materials to a live title. Our total liability arising from a paid seat is limited to the fees actually paid for that seat, except in cases of fraud or wilful misconduct, or where Thai law forbids a limitation.

The site is provided as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted access. Journal articles are opinion and teaching notes, not advice tailored to your catalogue.

Third-party links and images

Links to App Store Connect, Play Console, or other third parties are for reference. Their terms apply when you leave our site. Images loaded from public image hosts remain subject to those hosts’ licences; they are illustrative, not student work.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that Thai law grants you if you enrol as an individual consumer. Before filing, please write to info@logicpacketbase.digital so we can attempt a practical resolution.
