Privacy notice

Last updated 13 August 2026. This notice explains how Logicpacketbase handles personal data when you visit this site, write to us, or enrol in a programme.

Data controller

The controller is Logicpacketbase, operating from Street: 9195 Rajdamnone Klang Boworn Nives Phra Nakhon; City: Bangkok; State/province/area: Bangkok; Zip code: 10200; Country: Thailand. Email info@logicpacketbase.digital. Phone (02)6292980. We follow the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand and, where a seated student is in another jurisdiction, we apply that jurisdiction’s mandatory rights as well.

What we collect

From the contact form: name, email, optional topic, and message content. From enrolment: billing name, company, tax identifiers where required, seat type, and the email used for session links. From teaching work: artefacts you submit (specs, notes, redacted console exports). From the website: technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, kept only as long as needed for security and diagnosis. If you accept analytics cookies, we may collect aggregated page-view statistics as described in the cookie policy.

We do not ask for payment card numbers on this website. Invoices are settled off-site. Do not paste secrets, unredacted revenue, or end-user personal data from your apps into the contact form or homework unless the brief explicitly allows a redacted sample.

Why we use it

To answer enquiries, issue invoices, run sessions, mark artefacts, maintain alumni Slack access for the stated period, improve teaching materials in anonymised form, and meet accounting and legal duties in Thailand. Legal bases include contractual necessity for a paid seat, legitimate interests in running a small studio securely, consent where you opt into analytics cookies, and legal obligation for tax records.

Retention

Contact-form messages are kept for 18 months unless they become part of a seat file. Seat files, including invoices and attendance, are kept for 5 years to satisfy Thai accounting practice, then deleted or archived in a form that no longer identifies you. Marked artefacts are kept for 12 months after the cohort ends, unless you request earlier deletion of the identifiable copy. Alumni Slack access ends 9 months after the last class unless a later residency extends it. Server logs are rotated within 90 days. Analytics events, if you consented, are stored in aggregate and are not used to rebuild a profile of you.

Who we share with

We share data with the video room provider used for hybrid sessions, the email host that receives info@logicpacketbase.digital, an accountant in Thailand, and, if you join Slack, that platform’s operator. We do not sell personal data. We do not share student console exports with other students without your instruction.

International transfers

Some processors (email, video, Slack) may store or access data outside Thailand. When we use them, we rely on contractual clauses and the processor’s published safeguards. If you do not want a particular processor used for your seat, say so before the first session; we may be unable to offer hybrid attendance without video.

Your rights

Subject to PDPA exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy of personal data we hold, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw cookie consent without losing access to programme pages. To exercise rights, email info@logicpacketbase.digital. We may need to verify that the request comes from you. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.

Children

Programmes are aimed at working professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 20 years of age, the age of majority in Thailand for these purposes. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.
