Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees actually paid to Logicpacketbase for Signal Desk, Cohort Studio (including ASO Measurement Studio), Screenshot Experiment Clinic add-ons, Keyword Collision Lab, or Catalogue Residency. Complimentary guest seats and tea-table RSVPs have no fee to refund. Informational prices on the seats page are not invoices.

Timeframe

Write to us no later than 14 calendar days after the invoice payment date, or 48 hours before the first live session of that programme, whichever is earlier, if you want a full refund without giving a reason. After the first live session begins, full refunds are no longer automatic; partial refunds may still apply as below.

Full refund

A full refund of the seat fee is available if you cancel within the timeframe above, or if we cancel the cohort and cannot offer a later date you accept, or if we materially change the syllabus (for example, dropping marked artefacts) after you paid. VAT actually charged and remitted will be handled according to Thai tax rules on the credit note.

Partial refund

If you withdraw after session one and before the midpoint of a multi-week programme, we may refund 40% of the seat fee, less any non-refundable items already delivered (printed Atlas excerpts that were shipped, or a second-company seat discount already applied to a colleague who remains). After the midpoint, seat fees are generally not returned, because desk time and marking slots cannot be refilled. Signal Desk self-paced access, once PDF excerpts have been sent, is limited to a 30% refund within seven days of delivery if you have not booked either office-hour slot.

Non-refundable items

Bank transfer fees charged by your bank, travel to Bangkok, accommodation, and third-party video or Slack subscriptions in your own name are not refundable by us. Custom printing or courier of materials outside Thailand, once dispatched, is not refundable. Residency travel quoted separately on an invoice is refundable only if we cancel the visit.

Refund process

Email info@logicpacketbase.digital with the subject “Refund request,” the invoice number, the programme name, and whether you want cancellation only or also deletion of marked artefacts. We acknowledge within two Bangkok business days and tell you if any document is missing. We may ask you to confirm identity against the invoice email.

Processing time

Approved refunds are initiated within 15 Bangkok business days after acknowledgement. Your bank may take additional days to post the credit. We will send the credit-note PDF when the transfer is instructed.

Refund method

Refunds are paid back by the same method as the original invoice settlement, usually Thai bank transfer. We do not refund in cash at the studio. If the original payer was your company, the credit returns to that company account, not to a personal wallet.

Cancellation by you or by us

You may cancel by email; the timestamp of our inbox receipt counts. We may cancel or postpone a cohort if enrolment is too small to teach well (fewer than four seated students for Cohort Studio) or if an instructor is unavailable. If we postpone by more than 21 days and you cannot attend the new dates, you receive a full refund.

Exceptions

We may refuse a refund if artefacts or Atlas excerpts were shared outside your company in breach of the terms, if you were removed for sharing another student’s confidential data, or if payment originally failed and was later reversed by your bank. Thai consumer law mandatory rights, where they apply to you as an individual, take precedence over this page. Illness or emergency after the midpoint is considered case by case; we may offer a seat in a later cohort instead of money.
