Bangkok studio · cohort 11

Read the store the way finance reads a ledger.

Logicpacketbase teaches App Store Performance Analytics without vanity dashboards. You leave with a measurement spec, a pre-registered creative test, and language that a publisher can defend in a board pack.

A note from Ratchadamnoen
Phra Nakhon, Bangkok

Most store consoles report what happened. They rarely say whether the listing promised something the product could keep. We built this studio for growth leads, catalogue owners, and product analysts who need to separate those two stories — especially when a title ships in Thai and English at once.

We do not sell user-acquisition media. We do not promise rank. We teach how to read impressions, page views, conversion, and early retention as a single chain, then write it down so the next hire is not starting from screenshots in a chat thread.

Programmes in session

Three rooms, one measurement language

Each programme is built around App Store Performance Analytics artefacts you can take back to a live title. The flagship studio is detailed; the clinics are shorter and sharper.

What you leave with

Artefacts, not slogans

A measurement spec

Impressions, product-page views, conversion, and the first retention window written as one chain, with owners and refresh cadence.

A pre-registered test

Screenshot or preview-video experiments with a metric chosen before creative is shipped, plus a stop rule.

Bilingual catalogue notes

Language for Thai and English listings that flags cannibalization instead of hiding it in a keyword dump.

Board-pack English

Short paragraphs a publisher can drop into a finance review without rewriting the console export.

Voices

From people who sat in the room

“The telemetry map from ASO Measurement Studio is still the first slide I open on Monday. We finally stopped arguing about whether a screenshot ‘felt stronger’ and started arguing about page-view share.”

Pimchanok Wattana, growth lead, Chiang Mai fintech

“Keyword Collision Lab was useful, though the Thai stemming session ran hot and I wished for a slower recap. I still use the sibling-title checklist every release.”
